What are your October Goals and WHY Do They Matter to You?
I love to set goals at the beginning of each month. A few of my October goals are:
🌟 Complete 21 workouts @plankpilatesstudioil so I can continue to improve my fitness. I’ve seen some progress in my strength the last few months and love feeling that way!
🌟 Eat intuitively so my gastritis can heal. This is so difficult for me! It is taking a lot of work to think about if I really want to eat whatever food. It’s so worth it though to have this food freedom while also being in alignment with my body!
🌟 Finish my online course creation so I can help people make movement a lifelong habit 🤗. I can’t wait to fully launch in a few months!
