Goal Hack: Stop Wasting Time

Let’s talk more about how to achieve goals.

One powerful hack to achieving your goals is to spend more of your time doing things that get you closer to your goal.

Everyone loves to set goals but then claims to be too busy to add something new to their lives. Their goals all but disappear. But have you ever sat down and analyzed how you currently spend every minute of your day? It can be eye-opening and I bet there is wasted time on meaningless things.

Many of us are guilty of this! But once you identify how you tend to waste time, you can now purposefully try to fill more of your time with activities that support your goals.

Are you spending an hour a day mindlessly watching reality television or scrolling through Facebook? Be honest!

Replace that newly found hour with exercising if, say, your goal is to be more physically fit.

Warning: It can be slightly painful to change your habits and waste less time. But it will be worth it, I promise.
